Personal Touch

Personal Touch is a program designed by Jazzercise to take your fitness level one step further.
It is a targeted approach to build muscle, increase strength, improve exercise technique, and raise metabolism that will change your workout and your body.
WHY THE PROGRAM WORKS
It will help you build muscle. Calories are burned in the muscle cells. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Lean, toned muscles make your body more efficient and better able to shed excess fat. In order to change the chemistry of your muscle cells, you must work against resistance. PT will teach you how to burn more calories and work more effectively when you exercise as well as in your daily activities.
GET MORE OUT OF CLASS
Due to the focused and personal instruction in this class, you will learn how to get more out of your regular Jazzercise classes. You will learn the principals of proper technique, alignment, core strength, and stability, which will make your workout more effective and aid you in all areas of life.
Participants report more definition, more energy, and smaller pants sizes!
We are now offering both small group PT classes as well as individual sessions! See Karen or Luanne for more information.
Here’s what some of our Personal Touch students had to say.
“I only wish that I had done this sooner! The class has helped me to focus on doing (movements) right, and I was immediately able to feel "favorable" results! I have certainly picked up tidbits from the regular Jazzercise instructors from time to time regarding form; but this class helped to really focus on how to hold the muscles the right way to get the most benefit from that movement. I've begun applying it; and although it makes for a much more intense workout, I feel great about the results”.

PT has been great. I feel stronger and more toned. I look forward to coming each time. It is fun, challenging, exhausting, and motivating. Just THE BEST!!!

Since I started Personal Touch, I have seen a definite change in my body. My clothes fit better. My friends and family tell me how great I look. But that’s not even the best part. The best part is how I feel – strong, healthy, like I’m doing something good for myself. I look forward to going to PT. It is one of the best parts of my week.
