FAQ's

How do I cancel my EFT?

If you are currently on EFT and wish to cancel, you may sign a cancellation form at the center or mail a letter by the 15th of the month prior to the month you wish to cancel. We do not accept EFT cancellations via phone, fax, or email.

I don't know how to dance...

You do not have to be a dancer to be a Jazzerciser! Jazzercise is a self-pacing program where the instructor will demonstrate the steps and modifications for you. Some new students begin with Low impact/Lite classes, but you can start with any class. Just follow along at your own pace. Visit www.jazzercise.com to view a video of our basic steps.

How much does a class cost?

Please view our pricing options here.

How often should I exercise?

If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.

What are the instructors' credentials?

Jazzercise instructors participate in an intensive screening process as well as training and certification program, and are CPR certified. Instructors also continue their education in all aspects of dance and physiology to keep abreast of the latest developments in fitness, and are monitored annually for quality control.

May I bring drinks and food to a class?

We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.

Do I need weights?

Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you start with light (2-4 lbs.) weights until you are accustomed to using them, and gradually work up to heavier weights as you tone and strengthen your muscles, tendons and ligaments. Weights are available for your use at the center.

Do I need special clothes or equipment?

Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most customers wear stretchable shorts or pants and a T-shirt or exercise top. Aerobic shoes are recommended.
